MTC Facility Maintenance LLC MTC Facility Maintenance LLC Blackwood, NJ Blackwood, NJ Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $17 - $20 an hour $17 - $20 an hour The duties of a Janitor, Facility Maitenance, include but are not limited to the following:
- Floor Stripping - Carpet Cleaning - Window Cleaning - Power Washing - Empty Trash - Mop Floors - Vaccum Offices and Common Areas - Using auto Scrubbers - Using floor propane - Applying wax - Scrub and recoats Requirments and
Qualifications:
- Must have valid Drivers License - Must have 2yrs
Experience - Willing to travel to property locations (North & South Jersey, Delaware area, Philadelphia) - Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
- Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Possible exposure to chemicals requiring special clothing or safety equipment.
- Ability to use motorized equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety material and facility required documents.

00 per hour Schedule:
Extended hours Monday to Friday On call Overnight shift Weekends as needed Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
