We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments - Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient data - Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments - Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed - Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable Skills:
