This position will demonstrate the skills and abilities to manage local and targeted areas driving business and revenue.
This role works closely with the Admissions Department to building an organization that supports brand image and organization mission.
Primary Duties:
Attending various community activities and events, organizing media and outreach campaigns, fundraising, and coordinating volunteer activities.
Developing strategic relationships, attending community events, and conducting in services or presentations at a variety of local venues.
Advertising for and recruiting resource parents, respite caregivers, and volunteers.
Manage a database of successful contacts, build successful Business to Business relationships.
Create organic lead generation process and implementation along with facilitation referral relationships and tracking.
Performing administrative duties, such as organizing mailings, monitoring the budget, managing social media, and reporting on results of the media campaigns.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently, including on nights and weekends as needed Ability to function in a team-oriented working environment Able to drive a vehicle with a valid license Education:
Highschool Diploma/GED Required Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in outreach roles, preferred 3 years.
