The main duty of our Parts Dispatcher is to utilize the NAPA Delivery Tracker program to conduct our delivery fleet of 14 vehicles to expedite the delivery of parts from our shelves and local pickup destinations to our local customer base.
The Parts Dispatcher must be someone who is able to stay focused on the efficient flow of the ongoing delivery process in NDT as new orders flow into the system, especially during our busiest times.
This team member will work closely with our team of parts specialists who create the orders, and be able to provide them with accurate and realistic delivery times when they are needed.
